Oil Country Towing Mission Statement
Our mission is to consistently provide fast, effective, courteous and professional road side assistance. Our foundation was built on these four values and we will continue to uphold these values in our mission to be leaders in the towing and recovery industry.
Oil Country Towing understands and recognizes that our service is aimed towards customers who are in a time of need and as such we will strive to provide a positive and helpful experience in every situation. Oil Country Towing understands that each customer’s situation may be an emergency situation to them. Our customers and their satisfaction while we meet their needs will always be of the utmost importance.
Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable and positive work environment in all aspects for both our employees and each and every customer. We will continue to be actively involved in our community.
The company you call first to get the job done fast. We are an official AMA/CAA contractor, providing professional emergency road services to the communities of Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, Calmar, Devon, New Serepta, and the Edmonton International Airport.
Expect an exceptional experience when you call Oil Country Towing. Great customer service is our top priority, and we hope that shines through in everything we do, from our friendly dispatchers to our skilled, security-cleared drivers, who will always appear in uniform.
And, best of all, AMA/CAA members can contact us directly for fast service while still utilizing their membership benefits. This is an ideal option during bad weather conditions, when AMA/CAA will be experiencing a high volume of calls and getting through to a dispatcher will be difficult.
All Oil Country Towing drivers are required to pass a criminal background check and obtain the security clearance level for “a person of trust.” We do this to protect our clients and give them the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they’re truly in good hands. Our drivers are also trained in various safety aspects required by our unique industry.
Drive with your headlights and taillights on when it’s snowing – even if your visibility is good. This will enable other drivers to see you much sooner, preventing unnecessary accidents.
